AVP– Marketing, DMI

SUMMARY: The AVP of Marketing within the International Marketing team is responsible for the development and execution of global product launches and supporting marketing programs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for new product development:
    • Create new product concepts and lab briefs
    • Interact with creative and market research agencies to develop concept designs

    • Develop launch support strategies
    • Lead product packaging and launch communication process (start to finish)
    • Review packaging profiles for accuracy, advise changes, and review COGS

    • Coordinate focus groups and market research for new products and markets
  • Interface with key geographic markets to determine the range of values that drive the industry and better understand the impact of market trends and activity on relevant brand issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field required, MBA a plus
  • 3 – 5 years marketing management required — ideal candidate should have relevant experience in skincare, professionally dispensed products, and/or international brand marketing. Pharmaceutical or medical marketing experience considered.
  • Good understanding of design and printing process is a plus

Director - Brand Marketing

Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing Support

SUMMARY: The Electrical Engineer 1 works under the direction of Senior Electrical Engineers, on product design, component engineering and testing. Principle goals are to apply system engineering techniques to evaluate product requirements, develop test and programming methods, and design test equipment to support high volume manufacturing. This manufacturing engineering position will be responsible for all aspects of electrical engineering within the operations group. This includes product design and improvement, test and programming of the product, test equipment, automation and equipment support as well as overall electrical performance of the product.   • Take ownership to improve and control electrical performance of Clarisonic products
  • Develop and maintain test methods, test equipment and test firmware
  • Perform product and process characterizations, qualifications, and validations
  • Troubleshoot digital and analog circuits in products as well as test and automation equipment
  • Analyze circuit performance and perform de-rating and tolerance analysis

Representative - Inside Sales & Service

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize knowledge of Clarisonic’s products, policies and procedures to successfully and accurately conduct sales transactions with existing and prospective professional customer accounts
  • Use all sales and marketing resources available to accelerate skin care professionals through a defined sales cycle which includes but is not limited to: Prospects, Staff, Trialers, Recommenders, Dispensers, Partner Programs, etc.
  • Demonstrate the ability to retain and to grow the existing professional business accounts by maximizing new sales opportunities through both sell in and sell through activities. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing professional customer accounts.
  • Prospect for new accounts using tradeshow and marketing leads and the internet.
  • Partner with outside Territory Sales Managers to maximize coverage and development of assigned territories from both an inside and outside sales perspective.
  • Convert professional inbound and outbound calls into sales and add on opportunities (e.g. upselling, selling full-line of products.)
  • Accurately forecast monthly sales contributions through utilizing reports in SAP

  • Effectively present the unique benefits of CLARISONIC to skin care professionals at all levels
