This position is responsible for performing various tasks required to ensure quality of finished product and adherence to product specifications.

REPORTING

Reports to the Director of Quality Assurance.

• Work with Engineering and Operations personnel to execute and maintain effective inspection and testing processes.
• Performs inspection of incoming materials to ensure compliance with company standards. Organizes and maintains inspection records.
• Performs regular quality-control audits of processes and finished product. Recommends corrective action where appropriate.
• Analyzes and catalogs returned products. Recommends corrective action where appropriate.
• Monitors corrective actions for material or process deficiencies.

• High school education, some college or formal technical training preferred.
• 2+ years Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience.
• Knowledge of material inspection methodology and equipment.
• Experience with quality-control audit processes.
• Basic Microsoft Office applications.
