Clarisonic is seeking a motivated Credit Analyst in our Redmond Corporate Office. The primary purpose of the Credit Analyst is to release orders from credit hold, collect past due receivables on customer accounts and process new accounts for a select portfolio of accounts.

REPORTING - Reports to the Credit Manager, AR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understands collection strategy and available tools to accomplish tasks with highest degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Proactively monitors assigned customer accounts and makes contact to ensure timely collection and all agreed deadlines are met
  • Documents collection activity in a meaningful, organized format
  • Performs initial and periodic credit reviews, presenting summarized data and recommendations as required
  • Builds and maintains internal/external customer relationships that ensures the highest degree of customer care while safeguarding Clarisonic assets
  • Understands account escalation timeline and available collection options
  • Communicates effectively with internal/external customers; understands actionable items and meets all deadline commitments
  • Strong negotiating skills; able to troubleshoot issues and network for solution; able to establish realistic, achievable deadlines
  • Effective listener that gathers facts and communicates course of action
  • Collaborates to solve problems, shares ownership of results and maintains a high degree of integrity and honesty within the team and company
  • Reporting metrics, scorecards and KPI’s as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years Credit/collections experience
  • College Degree in Business related field preferred or applicable experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution/retail
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred ERP required
  • NACM member/certification/education
