About the Job

The Director, Sales Planning will supervise Sales Planning, analysis and the Operations department. Responsible for the weekly and monthly reporting on retail sales of Clarisonic, design and support of retail forecasting and trending process. Provide standardized and custom analyses of sales data that enable the field force to maximize sales volume with national accounts and at individual points of sale. Serve as lead liaison on data management & reporting systems for the total division.

REPORTING - Reports to the Senior Vice President, GM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting retail forecasting and trending through retail sales reporting and analytics
  • Managing Field sales admin such as T and E, BA incentives and gratis, free goods and promotional and in-store support
  • Planning and executing sales meetings
  • Order forms and allocations
  • Selling presentation and account meeting support
  • Contributing to timely and flawless execution of promotional programs
  • Instilling tracking/monitoring/analysis of promotional programs including, GWP, Catalog, co-op, in-store, online, freelance support
  • Collaborate with Marketing, MSL, Customer Service, Training, IT
  • Lead process development to more effectively plan retail activity, execute programs flawlessly and improve ROI
  • Manage and develop personnel
  • Contribute to strategic leadership of retail channel

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years work experience
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • A solid understanding of sales & marketing
  • Experience in consumer Products Industry; Beauty Preferred
