About the Job

This position is an experienced senior level director and will be the head of SAP support for Clarisonic Supply Chain and Finance organizations. In addition to managing all support aspects of the post-go-live implementation, this individual will also plan and manage all projects for ongoing business support. This resource will provide technical guidance on application designs and problem resolution. Reporting to this roll will be SAP subject matter experts.

REPORTING - Reports to the AVP of Information Systems at Clarisonic.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver business value by building the physical, logical, and conceptual architecture for the Clarisonic Supply Chain Planning and Financial functional operations.
  • Be a conduit with Architects, Engineers, Business Consultants, Business Systems Analysts and end users to provide solutions which are scalable, adaptable and align with strategic initiatives.
  • Be a catalyst and a visionary for Clarisonic’s current and future business needs, designing the end to end foundation model that will be used across the Planning and Financial landscapes.
  • Working closely with the Clarisonic and L'Oréal Supply Chain business partners to understand their applications and needs and ensure that we design and align the systems and solution to meet the current and future needs while adhering to corporate standards.
  • Align future state visioning and roadmaps with Strategic Vendor partners.
  • Establish and align architecture, design and technology principles and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area
  • 10 years of professional experience in IT or business
  • At least 5 years enterprise, technical or integration architecture experience as an architect
  • In depth knowledge of supply chain industry technology and financial process solutions and how those solutions relate to solving supply chain problems - Prefer architecture experience with one or more of the following, SAP ECC, SAP SCM
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Business Partners and IT Leadership at the highest levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
  • Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
  • Solution Architecture
  • Supply Chain process experience
  • Financial process experience
  • GATP
  • Demand Planning—S&OP, Statistical Module
  • SNP—Liner & Discrete Optimization, Heuristics
  • Shipping solutions experience
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions
  • Inventory management experience
  • Ability to travel
