About the Job

Develop, Manage and deliver global education and training programs of a multi-channel luxury skin care device through the development and execution of comprehensive education plans. Position collaborates directly with global and domestic marketing teams and international markets, while interfacing with industry thought leaders, sales, R&D, product development and creative to accomplish global brand objectives.

REPORTING

Reports to the VP, Global Education & Training, DMI.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop global education and training material, ensuring that content is relevant and supports brand objectives (i.e. product launches, channel development strategy, sales technique, product positioning, technology, etc.)
  • Trainer’s presentations and PPT, Agendas, Product Manuals, Training and Counter tools and charts
  • Delivers finished-product presentations, videos and materials to the Trainers on a timely basis
  • Ensures that the quality of writing meets the highest standards and expectations of the company
  • Accuracy in written and printed materials ensures materials are consistent with the image of the brand with the purpose of driving sales and expanding the presence of Clarisonic presence in global markets.
  • Evaluate the need for new education and training programs, continually evaluating effectiveness of new and existing programs.
  • Manages training projects from preliminary development to trainer’s execution in seminars
  • Manages distribution of materials to Affiliates and Domestic Trainers
  • Collaborates with Vice President of Education to deliver Education to plan, coordinate and organize training materials for conferences and other related department meetings
  • Reviews and organizes materials and information
  • Sources new training methodologies and mediums to complement education programs
  • Manages and tracks the printing budget and expenses
  • Manage Drop Box/Assets for Training Department
  • Attend training seminars and workshops
  • Post training calendars of trainers
  • Negotiates with outside vendors for better pricing, service and productivity
  • Sourcing new vendors
    • Filing, organizing, and correspondence
  • Works with other corporate departments for information and systems improvement
  • Assist with the Education departments daily operations
  • On time production of learning materials and tools
  • Successful execution of projects with outcomes in line with anticipated results
  • Adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Achievement of MBO objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent job experience, esthetician license preferred
  • 5 - 7 year’s global education/training work experience required — ideal candidate should have relevant experience in cosmetics and/or professionally dispensed products, and/or international brand marketing. Pharmaceutical or medical marketing experience considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication must have ability to write, create and edit learning materials
  • Strong collaborative and influencing skills are essential to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience and understanding of the cosmetic sales industry and Professional Skin care markets
  • Ability to manage several projects at any given time
  • Must possess a flexible, adaptable attitude, with openness to an evolving environment
