About the Job

The Sales Manager will have the responsibility to generate sales and customer service through the management and motivation of outbound telesales representatives and an inbound customer service staff.

REPORTING - Reports to the Director, Consumer Affairs & Services, PSS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop state of the art Gold standard customer sales and service department to take Clarisonic to the next level of organization and sales
  • Work with all departments to streamline processes in order to maximize sales and service productivity
  • Meet and exceed revenue and service target
  • Recruit, train and develop best in class staff department to support revenue and service goals and marketing strategies 
  • Direct, manage and implement successful telesales program focused on phone interaction through the entire sales cycle
  • Oversee call center, order entry and service activities to maximize customer satisfaction and maintaining/improving departmental efficiency
  • Track and measure sales, call, and service activity, providing periodic reports of and recommendations to management
  • Establish service standards and processes to track measure and reports on departmental activities, sales and service results
  • Develop and enhance processes for capturing, tracking, storing and reporting on various customer, leads, targets, etc. 
  • Develop and manage the annual call center and sales operations operating plans and budgets
  • Consistently demonstrate creativity, flexibility and good judgment in conducting all departmental activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing discipline
  • Demonstrated success in managing inside sales department
  • Minimum 5 -7 year’s sales and service management experience 
  • History of growth with inside sales and service departments
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and/or exceeding sales and margin goals 
  • Interest in the challenge, excitement, and responsibility of a fast pace, growth environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be self-starter, self-motivated, solution-orientated with strong negotiation and entrepreneurial characteristics
  • Must be organized and able to effectively manage multiple requests/projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple departments and organization levels to meet company objectives
  • Ability and desire to work in a high demanding, team environment
