- Contact Customer Support at 1-888-525-2747 and press 4 to request a pre-paid return label within 90 days of purchase.
- Fill in the Return Form on the packing slip that came with your product.
- Enclose the entire packing slip along with the product(s) you are returning in the original packaging (if possible).
- Affix the return label and send the box back to us.
