Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved until I stopped charging. I’ve had my Mia smart for three months tops and it’s since stopped charging entirely. I think it’s the stand but still, for the cost of this item it should not be having issues three months in. I’m super disappointed because I waited YEARS to finally have the money to be able to afford a high end product and I love it. But I’m incredibly disappointed in the lifespan so far. I’ve attempted to contact support and waited on the phone for an hour and a half and still never spoke to Someone for help on this issue. I’m incredibly disappointed. And just plain sad.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped charging after 6 months I had been wanting to buy a Clarisonic for 2 years. I bought my Clarisonic Mia Smart in Feb 2020. It stopped holding a charge in Aug 2020. Though I did love it during its six month run, this device was costly and defective. Would not recommend.

Shocked that no real solution was ever communicated in previous community manager responses to the exact same issues. Oh well. Into the “donation” pile after the 5th use of this guy.

So frustrating for a costly product to have such issues. I take it off the charging station when it seems charged, and within a few seconds it’s dead again.

I’d like to buy a backup charger for my Mia Smart, this looks like the charger that came with the unit, but after reading some of the reviews that implied not all “Smart”devices were the same I wanted to be 100% sure this was the right charger for my unit

My Clarisonic Mia does not seem to be charging. Or should I just say its just that it does not work. There really seems to be no way to know if it's the charger orthe device that's broken ken?

Will this fit my Mia Prima? Is that considered a “smart” Clarisonic?

The Clarisonic brush head does not rotate or spin. The inside brush head bristles oscillate 10 degrees in either direction, working at 300 micro-movements per second. The outside rows of bristles remain still and act as a splash guard.

My Mia SMART did not come with plug to charge?? It only came with a cord USB maybe? How do I charge to an electric outlet?

The Mia Smart comes with an USB-enabled cradle charger which does not include the wall plug adapter. The USB enabled is compatible with 100-240 Volts AC; 50/60 Hz, allowing it to be used worldwide with the appropriate country adapter. The USB charger can be connected to any USB enabled wall plug or computer.

Hi I just plugged my Mia Smart into the charger and there’s constant beeping and flashing red lights, it’s been plugged in for 20 minutes and it keeps making the same sound and the light is flashing  red, is that normal? Does that mean it’s charging?

Please make sure that the device properly connected 1. Unplug and re-plug charger into power outlet 2. Place the device on or connect to the charger for 15 sec. You should hear two motor pulses when device properly connects to a charger and see the light around the power button illuminate -PULSING RED: Low power -PULSING WHITE: Not fully charged -SOLID WHITE: Fully charged It is important that the device standing up straight in stand. We recommend charging the device in an alternate outlet for 24 hours. Clarisonic takes pride in offering warranty replacements of 2 years for Mia Smart. How do I know that it’s charging this is my second Mia smart that won’t charge and i don’t know how to tell if it’s charging or not
