Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great while they last I purchased a Mia 12/2015. I loved it and used it daily. It stopped working by 9/2016. I returned it under warranty. They sent me a new one (albeit with a pathetic usb charger). That one has lasted 11 months. While I like the product the quality is an insult for the price. The Mia was actually my second Clarisonic, I had the pro first, and my first lasted under 2 years. Great product, terrible durability.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 3rd Purchase I am on my 3rd Mia. The first one worked forever... literally years. Purchased the 2nd unit. That one only worked for about 2 years. I was very disappointed, but decided maybe it was just a glitch. Each of them just suddenly will not take a charge. (Didn't know you could register and/or return.) I now read they are only guaranteed for 1 year. I have enjoyed this product, however I will not be repurchasing. To me it's a terrible waste of money to have something not last.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Died in 6 months I love my Mia, but warning if you buy one... I got mine as a gift for Christmas so about 7 months ago and a couple of weeks ago it stopped working.... I don't have the reciept (it was a gift) and customer service says that because it was made over a year ago and I don't have proof that I bought it less than a year ago I am out of luck. Seems that they should be able to do something about this. It's an expensive item and it's very unfortunate that it has died a 1/2 yr later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from life changing! I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to reach out to the people out there (like myself) who as an adult STILL experience acne. I went out on a limb and purchased this product and within a week my face started clearing up. Make sure you remove all makeup with wipes/removers etc and then use the brush for full effect. I used my own cleanser so use whichever one you believe has the best results with you skin. Happy Cleaning!

My only complaint is that it does not come with a charger that I can plug to the wall. I don't think I should buy an additional piece or charge my brush on my computer when spending $129 on the product.

It died on me yesterday, after 2 years of constant usage. I am ordering another today! I can't wait for my new one to arrive. I feel lost without my Bestie (Mia).

I turn my sonic cleaner on, it turns on for a few seconds then it turns off for the same short period of time, it shuts off again for the same period of time. It keeps repeating this cycle. I put it on the charger & it still goes into the on-off cycle.

why does it recently make music before it starts?

Hello, Jessica@Clarisonic here! After 180 minutes of usage a descending tone will play to indicate it's time to change the brush head. To reset the brush head indicator, press the power button for 3 seconds. An ascending tone will play to indicate the reset has occurred. Happy Cleansing!

I just bought a pink Mia1..how bright should the LED indicator light be? Mine is very very dim both during charging and when fully charged.

After my last recharging themia uses ring tones everytime I push the button to start. It didn’tuse to do this. I have had it for at least a year. Now after the first 2 minutes, if I want to keep going , I have to wait for it to go through it’s ring tones

Is it normal for mold to grow between the head and actual machine? I’ve owned mine for a couple of years but change the brush every 3 months. I noticed black gunk creeping up and took it apart and was shocked! What to do????

Hello, Jessica@Clarisonic here! We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. We recommend removing the brush head once per week and thoroughly washing and drying the handle using warm soapy water.   Rinse the brush head thoroughly, shake off excess water after every use and replace protective cap. Once a week, remove the brush head from the handle and rinse with warm soapy water to remove residue. Fully dry handle prior to replacing the brush head back on the handle. Replace the brush head every 3 months for optimal results. Happy Cleansing!
