It has really kept my face clean smooth and Soft but I’ve noticed that this cleansing gel has made my face break out more than usual I’m not sure if I am allergic or if my skin is sensitive to this product.

The only difference between the two is the AC charger I used with my first one and the USB charger needed for my new one. I am a happy customer. I was sold on Clarisonic 15 years ago and cannot be without it Thank you!

I just replaced my one sisters Clarisonic for her birthday ! We all absolutely love our cleansing brushes and the way they work. They make an incredible difference in the appearance of your skin ! We would purchase nothing else Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced . Thank you Clarisonic!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped Working I was so excited to upgrade to this product! I charged it over night upon removing from the box. The next day is when I began to use and fall in love! I definitely noticed positive changes to my dry skin. After a couple of weeks, the brush did vibrate 5 times to indicate it was time to charge. However, when I put the device onto the charger it never flash any bit of light nor did it vibrate...ever again. It is upsetting because the product appeared to be promising yet I was only able to use it for that one full charge. Not sure what happened here and only has me sitting here with more questions, and dirty pores.

Thankfully I found the original Mia1 in the “last chance” web page. I have been buying Clarisonic devices for years for myself and my 3 daughters. Loved all the different devices over the years. But the new smart device is made so poorly, I would never buy! Clarasonic do better!!!!

I press the button to turn on my Mia 1, it starts but then immediately shuts off. The only way the brush works is if I hold the button. I have tried to charge it and think it is fully charged. Is there anyway to fix this?

We recommend charging the device uninterrupted for 24 hours.. The Clarisonic devices are sealed to be waterproof and are not repairable nor are the batteries replaceable. Clarisonic takes pride in offering warranty replacements of 1 year for Mia 1. i have a mia and the battery died. however there is no place to plug it in to charge or change batteries. help

Is the Mia 1 dual voltage?

The Clarisonic Mia 1 comes with a compact, USB-enabled charger which does not include the wall plug adapter. The USB enabled is compatible with 100-240 Volts AC; 50/60 Hz, allowing it to be used worldwide with the appropriate country adapter. The USB charger can be connected to any USB enabled wall plug or computer.

I turn my sonic cleaner on, it turns on for a few seconds then it turns off for the same short period of time, it shuts off again for the same period of time. It keeps repeating this cycle. I put it on the charger & it still goes into the on-off cycle.
