I bought MIA and the last few months it doesn't hold charge, i leave it on the charger and the green light is on and when i attempt to use it it doesn't work and needs charge!! i am so disappointed with this products, it was expensive when i got it and last year i cant use at all!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Battery Don’t purchase this model. Had another model that last over 5 years. This model require to recharge more often and after the 2 years warranty is over, the battery died. Called customer service 2-3 months the warranty is over. And they can’t help me replace a new one. Very disappointed, because this model cost a lot more than Mia 1 that can last much longer. I wish they extend the warranty time for this model since I feel like it the company fault for making this model with very bad battery life. Read all the other reviews. I’m not the only person that said the battery is bad.

It’s nicer, has more options, holds charge more easily and is easier to keep clean. It came with a wonderful gentle cleanser too. It did not come with the usb wall charger.

I decided to pay high price to well known brand like Clarisonic, because I hoped for good quality and long lifetime of the device. Replacing the device every two years is not acceptable for me. I do not recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Travel Mia does NOT hold charge I have the same issue as everyone else. Love the MIA, I travel so I bought this travel Mia. Only using it a few times it can’t hold a charge. I am so annoyed. I don’t have my receipt and barely have used it. I would like mine replaced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible battery life! Since I travel for work extensively, I purchased this model to keep in my bag. It worked great, holding a charge for a couple of weeks to now maybe 2 days max. Very disheartening given the fact I paid more for it than my Mia 2. A call to customer service proved to be fruitless. The representative listened to my concerns, advised to charge for 24 hours, and sent an email to fill out for additional information. I could not get the representative to look up the date I purchased the unit (purchased online through Clarisonic) to determine if it is still in the 2 year warranty period. Turns out the email sent was not for my model and questions did not apply. Even more frustrated, I opted not to take the additional time to call back and just put the unit away and use my Mia 2

It barely hold enough charge for one use at this point, and has probably less than 50 cycles on the battery. I'm very disappointed that such an expensive device would put together with non-serviceable parts of such poor quality.

I travel frequently and this cleanser is small enough to travel with me. That is only for two years, and then the battery suddenly was not able to hold a charge. I wish there was a solution to this battery issue.

My Clarisonic Mia Fit has a red light that looks like a picture of the a brush head and a line through it that lights up and plays 5 tones before it turns on. Everything seems to be working fine though. How do I address this?

Hello, Jessica@Clarisonic here! After 180 minutes of usage a descending tone will play to indicate it's time to change the brush head. To reset the brush head indicator, press the power button for 3 seconds. An ascending tone will play to indicate the reset has occurred. Happy Cleansing!

Is the power speed on both the mia 3 and the mia fit the same?

I currently have a Mia 3 and use the highest cleansing speed. I read that the mia fit also has a power cleansing speed. Are these two cleansing speeds the same?

Hello, Jessica@Clarisonic here! Speed Setting 2 on the Mia Fit is similar to speed 3 on the Mia 3. The difference is that the Mia Fit on Speed Setting 2 offers an additional 20 for the neck area. Happy Cleansing!
