No Purchase Necessary to Participate


Campaign starts October 1, 2017 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends December 31, 2017 at 11:59 PM PT, or when donation reaches $100,000, whichever occurs first (“Social Campaign”). Campaign open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Pacific Biosciences Laboratories ("Sponsor" or “Clarisonic”), PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center ("Charity") and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, are eligible to participate. Employees must clearly disclose relationship (#Employee) when sharing.

To Participate:

During the Social Campaign, go to the Clarisonic page on either Facebook and/or Instagram (“Platform”). Find the post entitled, "Clarisonic + PACER #Clean the Mean." On Facebook, share the post and on Instagram re-gram the photo by using #CleanTheMean. For each share or re-gram (one for each Platform) Clarisonic will donate $1.00 to PACER's Center for Bullying Prevention up to $100,000. In order for your share or re-gram to be counted, you must set your Facebook and/or Instagram to non-private. This Campaign is no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook, or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Campaign should be directed to Sponsor. If you choose to participate using your mobile device, standard data fees may apply. General Conditions:

Campaign may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered posts; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Campaign, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Campaign, or in any Campaign-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Campaign or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Campaign be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Campaign. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Campaign or acceptance.
